Le Galinier’s gardens, with their flowers or shrubs – pruned or left to run wild – form singular spaces inspired by traditional Provence. Sage, myrtle and rosemary bring their fragrances to the entrance; lavender, santolina and immortelle flourish by the pool; while roses and verbena thrive on the terraces by the bastide.
