This former top-level combat sports athlete offers personalised coaching sessions: muscle toning, gentle gym, muscle strengthening, fitness, Pilates, training workshop, introduction to boxing, aquagym, aquaboxing (depending on the schedule).

At the end of the session, you'll leave with a personalised programme to keep you going all summer long.
